Please note that not all fresh flowers and products are available every day, so some substitutions may apply. You can be assured that the look, theme and color scheme of the original arrangement will not be compromised by any substitution. We also guarantee that we will only substitute unavailable flowers/containers for flowers/containers of an equal or higher value. Please note subtle color variations can happen due to flower availability.

Most florists purchase flowers and products in limited quantities and the best way to ensure availability is to place orders early.

If you place an order outside our local delivery area, we will work with only the best florists in that city to ensure the highest quality products. In the rare event that a fulfilling florist fails to satisfy your needs, we will work together to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Gift Item Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your gift item purchase, please contact the store to make a return.  To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return should include a copy of the original receipt (or emailed receipt) to be accepted.  Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping costs and will receive an in-store credit for the item purchase price.
